Our Kids' & Youth Programs
Self-control, respect, focus, and fitness are among the goals of our program for kids. Structured classes allow kids to release energy in a controlled environment while deep breathing exercises and stretching help them to achieve inner calm.
Over time kids develop confidence and poise. More experienced students learn leadership and cooperation skills by helping their newer classmates and all benefit from being in a nurturing and non-competitive environment .
Many students find that just being in a class where peer pressure encourages them to be respectful and polite has a huge impact on their behaviour outside of class.
